Project Manager – Client Implementation (Agile)

Location: London

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum

Working Model: Hybrid

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial technology trading system provider.

As a Project Manager, you will lead the client implementation process in an Agile environment, ensuring timely and successful onboarding, scoping, data integration, user testing, training, and migration. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to manage project delivery, track progress, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding and implementation in an Agile framework, including scoping, data integration, and migration.
• Plan, track, and align Program Increments with Project and Product Roadmaps.
• Provide accurate progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee user testing, issue management, and prioritization.
• Ensure smooth data migration from legacy systems to target solutions.
• Manage scope, risks, and changes, ensuring alignment with the agreed solution and business case.
• Collaborate with internal teams, mentor junior members, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Project Management, particularly in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of front, middle and back office
• Background in Trading Systems
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data migration and user testing.
