Our head office is based in Belvedere, South East London. This allows us to offer an array of services to our clients all over London and throughout the M25 area including Wall & Floor tiling, Kitchen worktops, Waterproofing, Screeding, Shower screens, Sanitary ware & many more.


Role Overview:

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing stone and ceramic installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes, particularly in the stone and ceramic industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage stone and tiling installation projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring cost control.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, and installation crews, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, health and safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the stone, tiling, or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of stone and ceramic materials, installation techniques, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.
  • A degree or relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
