Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bromley for a Site Manager. The Site Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising sub-contractors, managing schedules, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and solving any issues that arise during the construction process.

• Experience in construction management, project management, and site supervision
• Carpentry background
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in construction software and tools
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in construction or a related field
