FACILITIES MANAGER

Humberside, HU1 2AD

37.5 hrs/week | 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

ISS is looking for a confident Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of an integrated PFI facilities services contract across three sites in Humberside.

Managing a £1.2m contract and significant annual projects, you’ll have real autonomy to shape and grow the account.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of 20, including Helpdesk, Cleaning, and Security
• Oversee P&L, budgets, and project delivery (asset replacements, fabric upgrades)
• Manage day-to-day operations and client relationships across a live public space
• Ensure compliance through health & safety and industry audits
• Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and drive contract performance

About you:

• Proven Facilities Manager experience
• Experience of managing PFI contracts
• Strong background in Hard FM (technical infrastructure & engineering systems)
• Skilled in Soft FM service delivery
• Experienced in P&L and budget management
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
