About The Role:

A leading small creative studio specialising in sustainable furniture procurement and project delivery is seeking a meticulous and strategic-thinking Project Manager to join their team. This is an essential role throughout all the project phases, from direction to execution.


In this role, you will report to the Operations Director and play an active role in delivering large-scale projects across the UK, with values of up to seven figures, within their commercial workplace division. This key role within the business gives great responsibility and independence, managing processes and maintaining pristine customer service with clientele. This role is perfect for someone confident, precise and who thrives under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project
  • Create and manage detailed project programmes, allocate resources, and address risks or delays
  • Oversee procurement, tendering, and supply chain coordination
  • Supervise logistics, warehousing, and on-site delivery (scheduling, quality checks, and snagging)
  • Ensure timely completion of project documentation including reports, manuals, and compliance records
  • Conduct post-project reviews with internal teams and clients to identify improvements


Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong focus on delivery, planning, and client service
  • Effective leadership and team development skills
  • Confident in communication and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in scheduling, procurement, and logistics coordination
  • High attention to detail in documentation, compliance, and reporting
  • Confident managing risks, budgets, and contractual obligations
  • Experience within commercial workplace/office project management highly desirable
  • Familiar with ISO standards and continuous improvement processes
