Project Manager – Engineering/Technical Projects

We’re recruiting for a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing company that delivers high-performance plant solutions working with clients across power generation, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. This includes:

• Developing detailed project plans and schedules, defining critical paths, and managing resources.
• Overseeing project expenses, tracking budgets, and resolving discrepancies with clients and suppliers.
• Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure alignment on technical specifications, production timelines, and quality standards.
• Assisting in the preparation and management of project documentation, including engineering drawings, material orders, and client communications.
• Supporting field service activities, including commissioning, inspections, and technical reviews.
• Training and mentoring project engineers and assistants.

You will have:

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, ideally in a technical or engineering environment.
• BEng in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
