Project Manager | Manchester (Hybrid)

We’re partnering with a global Insurer to find an experienced Project Manager to lead major change and transformation initiatives within their Global Change Portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business and take ownership of complex, business-critical programmes in the insurance sector, with particular exposure to the London Insurance Market.

Change portfolio includes: TOM design and delivery; Process improvement; Strategic delivery

Work Responsibilities:

• Driving end-to-end project delivery, from scoping and planning through to risk management and quality assurance
• Collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups and business units
• Managing budgets, resources, timelines and change impact
• Leading workshops and steering communications across internal and external teams

Skills Required:

• Proven experience managing business or transformation projects
• Experience delivering engagements in an insurance environment
• Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid environments
• A confident communicator with excellent analytical and stakeholder skills
