Town Planner – Up to £60,000 + Bonus

Your Role

• Provide expert planning advice to clients
• Prepare planning appraisals and development strategies
• Manage development management applications, appeals, and policy work
• Support Directors on large-scale projects, including hotels and hospitals
• Participate in bids and tenders to win new work
• Liaise with local authorities, clients, and consultants

What You’ll Need

• Experience in pre-planning, applications, and appeals
• Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
• MRTPI status preferred but not essential
• Background from either public or private sector

What You’ll Get

• Salary: £30,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: Up to 20%
