About Us:

We are a leading contractor operating at the top of the London construction market. With a portfolio that includes some of the capital’s most prestigious commercial, corporate, and landmark developments, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence through precision, innovation, and collaboration.

Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming high-value projects across Central London, we are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic delivery team.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful on-site delivery of major commercial new build scheme (typically £60m+). Working closely with the Project Director you’ll lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from pre-start through to handover
• Manage health & safety on site, ensuring full compliance with company and legal standards
• Coordinate and drive subcontractor performance
• Ensure quality control procedures are maintained
• Work closely with commercial and design teams to resolve issues and meet project goals
• Lead site progress meetings and reporting
• Mentor and manage site-based teams and junior staff

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering high-value commercial fit-out projects within a Tier 1 main contractor
• 8+ years' experience in construction management, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid qualified
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of design & build processes
• Passion for quality and attention to detail
