Description

We are working with a residential developer with a strong land pipeline and an established reputation for delivering high-quality homes in Manchester. As the business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of multi-phase housing developments, from pre-construction through to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover.
• Coordinate internal development, design, and delivery teams, as well as external consultants and contractors.
• Develop and track detailed programmes, cost plans, risk registers, and procurement strategies.
• Oversee site progress with regular visits, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met or exceeded.
• Uphold health & safety, compliance, and sustainability best practices across all phases.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in housebuilding, residential development, or construction.
• Strong background delivering volume housing, regeneration, or design-and-build residential schemes.
• Background in housing, high-rise residential or mixed-use developments is highly desirable.
• Skilled in contract administration, procurement, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially agile environment.
