Site Manager – Office Fit Out (CAT A & B) - £65,000 + Package – City Of London

Permanent Position | Growing Fit Out Contractor | Projects up to £500K

Are you an ambitious Site Manager ready to take the next step in your career?

We're working with a dynamic and fast-growing Fit Out Contractor based in Holborn, who are looking to bring on board a motivated and hands-on Site Manager to lead CAT A & B office fit out projects across Central London.

As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of high-quality office fit out schemes, ensuring projects are completed on time, to spec, and within budget. You’ll be the key on-site lead, coordinating trades, managing health & safety, liaising with clients, and reporting progress to the project team.

Projects:

• Commercial CAT A & B Fit Outs
• Project values ranging between £100k - £500K
• Sites primarily located across the City Of London

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working on CAT A and/or CAT B fit out projects (ideally in the commercial office space)
• Strong site-based management skills with a keen eye for detail
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• A proactive attitude with the desire to grow alongside a thriving business

Package:
