Project Manager – Construction

UK-wide travel | Full Time | Contract - 6 months | Hybrid working available

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing construction company in their search for an experienced Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious team, delivering a wide range of bespoke projects across the UK.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of bespoke construction projects, overseeing them from initial set-up through to final delivery. You’ll ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This role involves regular client interaction and UK-wide site travel, typically 2–3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage multiple bespoke projects from inception through to completion

✔ Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery to the required quality standards

✔ Coordinate all aspects of project setup and execution

✔ Act as the primary liaison with clients throughout the project lifecycle

✔ Visit sites across the UK to oversee and manage installations

✔ Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure project success

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

Proven experience managing multiple projects within a construction or manufacturing environment

Strong project management or coordination skills

Experience managing project budgets and costs

Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Ability to work to deadlines across several ongoing projects

Customer-facing experience with a professional and proactive approach

Willingness to travel across the UK (2–3 days per week)
