We are recruiting for an experienced building Project Manager (site based number 1) to deliver a new build projects in Yorkshire

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish including selection and qualification of sub contractors and suppliers.
• Site logistics on site with limited accessibility
• Assume ultimate responsibility for Health and Safety
• Ensuring the project budget is adhered to
• Ensuring critical milestones are met
• Liaison and meet with clients, architects and other stakeholders.
• Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager
• Upholding the highest Quality Standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience delivering high quality new build and cut and carve projects in main contracting environment.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering the end to end construction process
• 1st class communication and interpersonal skills
