Solihull, Birmingham | £38,000 – £43,000

We’re partnering with a design-led construction company known for its craftsmanship, quality, and dedication to delivering one-of-a-kind residential projects across the Midlands and Cotswolds. Every home is bespoke, shaped by a philosophy of thoughtful construction and refined design, where no detail is overlooked and no two builds are alike.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious Architect to join a new in-house architecture team. You’ll be instrumental in defining a design identity within a growing company that’s passionate about creating timeless, liveable homes.

You'll be one of the first key hires to join their newly established in-house architecture team, joining both of the founders on this exciting journey. With a strong pipeline already secured and over 20 new project enquiries in the pipeline, there’s no shortage of exciting work on the horizon. While the team is small, the opportunity is big, and there's no need for concern about workload or stability.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the design and technical delivery of high-end residential projects from early concept to on-site completion.
• Collaborate with the in-house construction and project management teams to ensure design integrity is preserved through build.
• Act as a client-facing design lead, shaping ideas into beautiful, functional spaces that reflect their vision.
• Ensure all work meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance and technical excellence.
• Play a key role in internal design reviews, offering both creative and critical input across all stages of the design process.
