Architect – Residential, Commercial & Hotel Projects

London

Salary: £40,000 to 50,000


Overview

We’re looking for 2 skilled Architects to join a leading architectural practice renowned for delivering design-led, contextually sensitive projects in the UK and internationally. This role is ideal for technically capable and design-focused architects with a proven eye for detail, strong coordination skills, and experience across high-end residential, commercial, and hotel developments.


You will work closely with senior team members to help deliver thoughtful and refined architecture across all stages, contributing to a studio that values design excellence, collaboration, and the pursuit of timeless, site-specific solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion
  • Develop architectural packages, technical drawings, and detailed specifications
  • Collaborate with consultants and interior designers to ensure cohesive and coordinated design outcomes
  • Assist with planning submissions, tender packages, and construction documentation
  • Maintain quality and accuracy of information across project stages
  • Attend site meetings and support contract administration when required
  • Participate in design reviews, critiques, and internal development sessions


Key Requirements

  • ARB-registered Architect with at least 3 years of post-Part III experience
  • Demonstrable experience working on residential, commercial, or hotel projects
  • Proficient in Revit – essential
  • Strong technical and detailing ability, particularly in high-spec, bespoke environments
  • A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating strong design sensibility and technical proficiency
  • Experience liaising with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and workflow


Salary & Benefits
