Description

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to support pre-FEED and FEED phases for a landmark national maritime infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop multi-discipline capital cost estimates for large-scale industrial projects
• Translate project scope into accurate estimates for design, procurement, and construction
• Analyse project complexity, apply contingencies, and benchmark against historical data
• Support bid evaluations, negotiations, and change order management
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and external stakeholders as a trusted cost advisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10–15 years of estimating experience, including 5+ in oil & gas or petrochemical sectors
• Proficiency in Excel; K-Base knowledge a plus
• Strong understanding of construction practices and capital cost structures
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; international experience preferred
