Consultancy Project Manager specialising in delivering hospitality & Leisure projects across the midlands & south. In this client-facing role, you will lead and oversee the full project lifecycle of hotels, resorts, and leisure facilities, ensuring delivery to the highest standards.

• MRICS (or working towards accreditation) with a strong understanding of RICS standards and best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering high-profile hospitality projects within a consultancy environment.
• Exceptional project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience in cost management, value engineering, and procurement strategy development.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and ESG principles in construction and development.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities in a dynamic sector.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of hospitality-specific design and operational requirements.
• Familiarity with international construction practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Asta Powerproject, or Primavera.
