About the Role

Fawkes & Reece looking for a Site Manager to oversee a housing project in Wales. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site operations throughout the build.

Responsibilities

Manage all on-site activity

Coordinate trades and subcontractors

Ensure health & safety compliance

Liaise with the client and reporting structures

Maintain programme and quality standards

Requirements

SMSTS

First Aid

CSCS

Proven experience managing housing sites

You’ll be working with a regional contractor on a live housing development. Support is provided from contracts and commercial teams.
