Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lincolnshire

Salary: £65,000

About the Role:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle — from risk review and customer liaison through to delivery, invoicing, and closeout. You’ll be the central point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring every project meets expectations on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project kick-offs and coordinate all aspects of setup within business systems
• Manage project plans, RAID logs, change logs, and scheduling documentation
• Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery
• Perform risk and contract reviews, escalating where necessary
• Support tender and pricing processes with a focus on project risks and execution planning
• Provide regular project reporting internally and to clients
• Travel for client meetings or site visits as required (UK and international)

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Project Management qualification and 3+ years managing technical or engineering projects
• Strong grasp of commercial and contractual terms, including procurement processes
• Advanced project management skills (planning, budgeting, risk management)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel; familiarity with industrial gas turbines is a plus
• Clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Flexible and resilient with strong leadership qualities
