Roofing Project Manager – Commercial & Architectural Projects

Location: Perth, Western Australia (Relocation Required)

This exciting opportunity is based in Perth, Western Australia and is ideal for an experienced Roofing Project Manager ready to relocate and take on a leadership role managing commercial and architectural roofing projects.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong hands-on roofing background who understands the full installation process and can manage projects end-to-end—from planning and material ordering to on-site coordination and delivery. This role requires someone who can proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage roofing and cladding projects from planning through to completion in Perth, Western Australia
• Measure and order materials with precision
• Coordinate with installers, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
• Identify and resolve potential site or design issues early
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all projects

Ideal Experience:

• Roofing installation background with on-the-tools experience essential
• Proven project or site management experience
• Familiarity with:
• Kingspan insulated roof and wall panels
• Longrun metal roofing and cladding
• Architectural cladding profiles
• Experience with Trimble or Trocore software advantageous but not required
