Role Highlights:

• Salary: £40,000 – £49,000

Responsibilities:

• Guide projects from concept to completion through RIBA stages
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Manage a small design team

Requirements:

• Part III qualified with 10+ years UK experience
• Strong design and planning skills
• Expertise in UK building regulations and listed buildings
• AutoCAD proficiency (Revit desirable)
