Property Surveyor – Estate Management

Manchester based with travel to other sites (hybrid working)

£40,000 - £45,000 plus car allowance

A Property Surveyor is wanted on a permanent basis by a global client of ours who are at the forefront of their industry. The successful candidate will join an energetic, high performing team, who ensure best-in-class occupier engagement whilst managing assets across key northern locations, on behalf of a prestigious client.

This is a permanent opportunity that includes a base salary of circa £45,000 plus car allowance, and other benefits.

Overview of the role:

• Oversee Service Charge management, budget preparation, and financial reporting in line with the RICS code.
• Lead proactive tenant engagement, ensure strong satisfaction and retention.
• Take full ownership of day-to-day operations across the Northern hub portfolio.

Key skills and qualifications required for the role:

• Proven experience in commercial property management (multi-let and single-occupancy assets).
• Experience within Service Charge Management and building Service Charge budgets.
• Experience working with leases and legal legislation around these as well as reconciliations.
• Circa 2/3 plus years working within the Property Management sector.
