Description

TEXO Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Manager for a rotational position based across various sites in Scotland. This role involves working away from home for one of our external clients, leading a diverse team of tradespeople and taking responsibility for the management and development of facilities operations.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven background in a trades-related field (Plumbing or Electrical experience preferred, Joinery will also be considered)
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of trades and facility management practices
  • Demonstrated business development skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Experience in managing teams across multiple locations

Responsibilities:

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals working across multiple sites. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and safety. The role also involves actively developing business opportunities, including quoting for new projects and managing client relationships.
