Project Manager / Senior Site Manager

Lancashire & Greater Manchester | New Build Housing

We’re partnered with a well-established main contractor-developer, delivering high-quality private and affordable housing schemes across the North West. With two new sites now underway, we’re looking to appoint two Project Managers or experienced Senior Site Managers to lead delivery on upcoming schemes in Lancashire and Manchester.

What You’ll Be Working On:

Full site management from groundworks through to CML and handover

Leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver programmes safely, on time and to standard

Coordinating closely with internal technical and commercial teams

Managing a mix of private and affordable housing tenures
