About the Role:

In this exciting position, you will lead design projects for exclusive, high-end residential schemes. Your expertise in design and technical execution will be pivotal in shaping elegant, innovative living spaces that exceed client expectations. Working in a collaborative environment, you’ll interact with multidisciplinary teams as well as clients, ensuring every project reflects the studio’s commitment to excellence and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality design concepts for luxurious residential projects, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and technical accuracy.

• Produce detailed construction documentation using your software of choice—whether that’s Revit, AutoCAD, or VectorWorks—to suit your strengths and the project’s requirements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain design consistency and drive innovation across each project.

• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews, articulating your design ideas with clarity and enthusiasm.

• Stay updated on industry trends and new design technologies to continually enhance project delivery.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in high-end residential design within the UK, with a portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail and creative excellence.

• Proficiency in at least one of the following digital design tools: Revit, AutoCAD, or VectorWorks. Familiarity with additional software is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Strong creative and strategic thinking, complemented by refined aesthetic judgment and technical competence.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving within a friendly, social team environment.

• Capability to manage projects from concept through to detailed execution, ensuring quality and client satisfaction at every stage.
