£37,000 – £45,000

2 days WFH | EOT Scheme | Education, Mixed-Use, Residential

Looking for a move where the work is already lined up?

An award-winning, employee-owned practice in Cambridge is hiring an Architect. The team of 40 is growing with new wins in education, mixed-use, and residential projects - and they’re ready for someone to get stuck in from day one.

You'll be delivering across all RIBA stages, using Revit day-to-day, and working in a collaborative studio that values flexibility, design quality, and a proper work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running projects and managing resources
• Producing design + technical packages (Revit essential)
• Attending meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
• Site visits and inspections
• Reporting into senior/associate staff

What They’re Looking For

• 3–5 years post-Part III experience in the UK
• Solid across all RIBA stages
• Strong Revit + AutoCAD skills
• Background in education, residential, or mixed-use is desirable not essential
• Confident with UK building regs and deadlines
