With a dynamic team, global operations, and an ambitious roadmap ahead, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping how projects are delivered across the organisation.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s expanding team. This is a brand-new position that will see you take ownership of a high-impact portfolio consisting of 20 live projects and an additional 20+ upcoming initiatives.

These projects span technology and operational domains, with a heavier emphasis on technology. Example initiatives include:

• ERP system upgrades and enhancements
• Global office and warehouse expansions
• Business process improvements
• Implementation of global technology platforms

This role will also be responsible for introducing and refining project management frameworks, creating governance structures, and working closely with globally dispersed internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle across a mixed portfolio of tech and ops projects
• Establish and continuously improve project frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures
• Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery teams globally
• Report on project progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business goals and project execution
• Champion a maturing project environment, embedding best practices and scalable approaches

About You

You’ll be a confident and adaptable Project Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll bring a strong foundation in project management, paired with excellent stakeholder management and planning skills. You should be comfortable being the sole PM and a go-to person for project delivery across the business.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of diverse projects, ideally across both technology and operations
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a high-growth or maturing project environment
• Comfortable working across time zones and with global teams and suppliers
• Experience delivering ERP or other enterprise technology projects is highly desirable
• Knowledge of project governance and framework implementation
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or logistics sectors is a bonus
