Project Manager – Digital Transformation

£65,000 per annum

Malmesbury - 3/4 days per week. Lincoln - 1/2 days a week.

Are you a project/change management pro ready to make a tangible impact in the world of sustainable agriculture? Our client is accelerating its digital journey as part of an ambitious 8–10 year growth strategy – and we’re looking for a driven Project Manager to help lead the charge.

The Role

You’ll be joining a high-performing, tight-knit digital transformation team (4–5 people), working across a diverse portfolio of more than10 digital initiatives each year. From automation and process optimisation to systems implementation and stakeholder alignment, you’ll be right at the heart of change.

As a key bridge between the digital team, finance, and business units, you’ll play a critical role in turning vision into results.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project/change management experience, ideally in complex organisations
• Strong grasp of systems and finance-led transformation
• Change management qualifications (APMG, ProSci) are a big plus
• Confident engaging with everyone from C-suite to field teams
• Curious, solutions-focused mindset – eager to learn, ready to lead
• Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities
• Emotionally intelligent, persuasive, and resilient under pressure

Location & Flexibility

• Based in Lincolnshire
• On-site 5 days per week (limited remote work due to operational needs)
