Site Manager

Location: Edinburgh

Contract Length: 4 Weeks

Start Date: 23/06/25

Rate: £25.00 per hour

Hours: 07.30 - 15.30, Monday to Friday and the weekend of the 28th - 29th of June.

Peace recruitment are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a fit out role on a short-term contract basis for a project based in Edinburgh.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate teams and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
• Monitor project progress against timelines
• Maintain accurate site records and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and motivate site teams
• Knowledge of current building regulations and H&S standards
