Peace recruitment is hiring on behalf of a national house builder looking to appoint a Site Manager for a residential development near Linlithgow.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the housing development site, ensuring that homes are built to a high standard, safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site operations and trades
• Manage site programmes and monitor progress
• Ensure all work meets building standards and company quality benchmarks
• Maintain health & safety standards and compliance
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Conduct inspections and handovers

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential new build sites
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage schedules and solve on-site issues
• Passion for high-quality house building
