We are collaborating with a client that operates within the veterinary services domain and is currently undertaking a significant finance project to optimize their debt collection processes.

Job Description

The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in closely partnering with the finance and debt collection teams to implement a cutting-edge collections tool. This project is projected to last between 9 to 12 months, focusing on enhancing debt recovery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish precise project objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints to direct the undertaking.
• Effectively coordinate teams and manage resources to achieve the desired project outcomes.
• Detect potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
• Track progress through key project milestones, proactively resolving any obstacles that may arise.
• Guarantee that all deliverables align with quality standards and fulfill stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain close collaboration with finance and debt collection teams to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and meets expectations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager within financial services, preferably with multi-site exposure in sectors such as retail, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or veterinary.
• Previous involvement in managing debt-related financial projects is crucial.
• Expertise in overseeing debt collection processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Seeking a mid-level Project Manager; candidates should be neither junior nor senior.
• Experience with debt collection tools and systems is required.
