Construction Planner

Contract – outside IR35

After securing a new framework opportunity in the infrastructure sector, our client, who specialises in working on major projects, is looking for an experienced Construction Planner to join their established team.

You will be an important member of the team whose work will centre on examining projects under an NEC3 contract to ascertain what should have occurred, what has been recorded, and to create to represent this in the Primavera P6 program.

Additionally, you must guarantee the accuracy of the planned dates and risk events that subcontractors have submitted. It's crucial to collaborate successfully with different levels of stakeholders, so having excellent verbal and written communication skills is a requirement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of creating and updating schedules in Primavera P6.
• You'll have experience in planning on major, civil engineering/ rail sectors.
• Strong NEC3 knowledge and the change process.
• Solid data handling, reporting, and analysis skills for locating problems, potential answers, and workarounds.
• The ability to present data clearly and succinctly, according to the needs of the stakeholders.
