Site Manager – Residential & Hospitality Refurbishment

Central London

£45,000 – £55,000 + Package

Working with a specialist main contractor

I'm working exclusively with a highly respected, design-led main contractor that specialises in complex residential and hospitality schemes across London. Think high-end hotels, luxury apartments, and intricate refurbishments – often in live environments, with significant structural alteration and cut-and-carve.

They’re now looking to appoint a Site Manager to lead on major London schemes – someone confident in driving programmes, managing trades, and delivering premium quality on technically demanding sites.

This isn’t a Tier 1 outfit where you’re lost in the layers.

This is a tight-knit, hands-on team that values expertise, attention to detail, and proactive leadership.

You’ll be given genuine ownership and the chance to work on schemes you’ll be proud of.

✅ What they’re looking for:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Site Manager, with time spent on refurbishment, cut & carve, and hospitality or high-end resi schemes.
• Strong knowledge of structural works, finishes, and complex sequencing.
• Comfortable running tight London sites with demanding stakeholders and clients.
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid as standard.
• A professional qualification like MCIOB is a bonus – but not a dealbreaker.
