Description

Our Client is an international Industrial food manufacturing company, fast growing, with plants in several European countries , offering a wide range of products matching customers’ brand specifications, meeting consumers’ expectations & anticipating market trends.


Key Responsibilities:


Project deployment:


  • Manage the execution of co-manufacturing projects with industrial partners (co-manufacturers), converting projects into real business.
  • Ensure coordination between internal teams (R&D, quality, supply chain, finance, legal, etc.) and external partners.
  • Ensure projects meets its objectives is delivered on time, within scope and on budget
  • Manage technical and commercial aspects throughout the project.
  • Define and monitor the project schedule: product/process validation stages, industrial testing, production start-up.
  • Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, propose corrective action plans.
  • Monitor project & accounts performance indicators (KPIs: cost price, compliance with specifications.).
  • Provide regular reporting to internal & external stakeholders in coordination with the Group top Executives being involved.
  • Capitalize on experiences to improve future projects


Sales & local prospection:

  • Work & manage opportunities coming from existing customers
  • Lead commercial opportunities into real business (small / medium size customers)


Experience & Qualifications


  • Education: Engineer, food technologist
  • Advanced training (Food Engineering, Project management or equivalent).
  • Proven experience (7-10 years minimum) in project management in the food industry, ideally in co-manufacturing or co-packing.
  • Good knowledge of industrial environments (processes, quality, logistics, food regulations).
  • Financial acumen
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to bring together different stakeholders, creating credibility & creating relationship
  • Rigor, autonomy and a sense of priorities,
  • English mandatory + native language
  • Excellent coordination, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
