Project Manager (DV Cleared)

Location: Cheltenham, UK (On-site, 5 days per week) Salary: £35,000 – £90,000 (depending on experience level: Junior, Consultant, Principal)

Contract Type: Permanent (Associate considered, preferably Inside IR35)

Are you a DV Cleared Project Manager ready to lead high-impact initiatives within the UK's National Security sector?

Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking a driven Project Manager to join their Delivery team. This is a critical role where you'll drive projects from inception through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Project Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing scope, timelines, costs, and ensuring profitability.
• Strategic Planning: Prepare and revise project plans, including high-level planning, resourcing, and budget allocation, to guide clients and project teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients and senior stakeholders, presenting recommendations and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Team Leadership: Build, motivate, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Financial Management: Take responsibility for project financial health, including risk mitigation and ensuring delivery within agreed budgets.
• Business Growth: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, contributing directly to the company's strategic goals.
• Mentorship: Coach team members on agile and lean techniques, providing guidance on project management best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain it is essential.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, particularly within large-scale, complex environments.
• Demonstrable ability to manage project financials, mitigate risk, and drive profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relations skills.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
