Description

Title: Collaboration Project Manager — Cisco Video/AV Rollouts

Location: London, hybrid (50% onsite; possibly more during critical phases)

Client Industry: Financial Services


Key Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Project Management SME: 5+ years managing large-scale, multi-site IT deployments; very familiar with AV/video collaboration rollouts.
  • Cisco Collaboration Stack Experience: Cisco Webex, Room Kits, Boards, Control Hub, CUCM — not just theoretical knowledge, but hands-on delivery experience.
  • Global Rollout Experience: Coordinating with multiple countries, regions, and time zones.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Able to juggle client teams, 3rd-party vendors, and AV integrators.
  • Financial Institution Experience (preferred): Used to regulatory/compliance-heavy environments and dealing with high-pressure stakeholders.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 preferred; Agile/hybrid experience a bonus.
  • Excellent Communication: Executive reporting, issue escalation, customer satisfaction focus.


Soft Skills:

  • Calm under pressure.
  • Extremely organized.
  • Able to drive timelines and deliverables across complex matrixed organizations.
  • Politically savvy (important for financial institutions).
