HVAC Project Manager

Salary: £55,000 plus car/car allowance

Location: Home Based with travel to sites across the UK

Are you an experienced HVAC Project Manager looking for your next challenge in the commercial sector?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation that delivers comprehensive M&E solutions across the UK. Due to a sustained increase in workload, they are seeking an HVAC Project Manager to take ownership of multiple commercial projects—primarily within the retail environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys managing projects from start to finish with autonomy and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver HVAC projects across multiple commercial sites
• Develop scopes of work based on client briefs or technical drawings
• Plan project phases and coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients
• Oversee on-site works, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Conduct site surveys and attend design or coordination meetings
• Monitor and report on weekly project KPIs
• Maintain compliance with all Health & Safety requirements
• Assess and manage supplier and contractor performance to ensure best value

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrable experience managing HVAC projects in the commercial or retail sectors
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installations, and operational challenges
• SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work
• Asbestos Awareness
• ECS Managerial Card (or working towards)
