Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit planning applications
• Provide planning advice to clients and internal teams
• Carry out land development assessments
• Attend planning meetings and liaise with stakeholders
• Monitor changes to planning policies and legislation
• Produce regular progress reports
• Work closely with land and technical teams
• Support the Planning Director on major developments

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in a town planning role, either public or private sector
• Ideally degree qualified and working towards MRTPI
• Comfortable in a client-facing role
• Experience with major developments; renewable energy project experience is desirable
