Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager to take ownership of multiple co-living properties across London. This is more than a traditional FM role. It’s hands-on, visible and proactive, managing spaces where people live, work and socialise under one roof.
You’ll keep operations running smoothly, from maintenance and compliance to supporting on-site teams and enhancing the resident experience. No two days will be the same, and you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional living experience for hundreds of members.
You’ll be joining an ambitious and fast-growing investor with big plans to expand, offering huge potential to grow your career in the rapidly evolving co-living and residential sector.
