Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across departments. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members, and ensuring project goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Track project performance and progress using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience managing budgets and project timelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
