***Please note you must have previous experience in delivering complex bespoke High End Resi projects to be considered for this role***

This is a chance to own and deliver multiple bespoke projects in and around the Surrey region for an established and organically growing business with a healthy order book of work.

Responsibilities

• Compile master construction programme and amend throughout delivery timeline
• Manage the delivery of multiple refurbishment projects
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Lead a team of site managers
• Report into the construction director

Qualifications

• Strong build knowledge (ideally from a trade background)
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
• Previous experience delivery complex bespoke High End Resi projects
