Planning Engineer – Prestwick

Role Overview:

As a Planning Engineer, you will generate and manage aircraft maintenance work packages, ensuring full compliance with airworthiness regulations throughout the maintenance process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with CAMO and engineering teams to interpret maintenance requirements
• Create compliant work packages and maintain master work cards
• Support Sales with costings and man-hour estimates
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for clear work instructions
• Assist the Engineering Support Manager with planning and production coordination
• Partner with Safety & Compliance teams to uphold audit and compliance standards

Candidate Profile:

• Technical aviation experience with a solid understanding of airworthiness regulations
• Experience in maintenance planning, MRO, or CAMO environments preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AMOS, OASES, or Rusada is desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, safety-focused, and detail-oriented

Working Hours:

Mon–Thu: 08:00–17:00 | Fri: 08:00–14:30 – Occasionally, due to operational demands, working outside of the stated hours may be required, and there may be a need to follow a shift pattern.
