Their portfolio showcases beautifully designed spaces where residents do more than just live - they connect, share experiences, and embrace a lifestyle enriched by carefully crafted environments, lively events, and a dedicated team that truly cares.

  • Lead the relationship with contractors, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with on-site teams to support an exceptional resident experience.
  • Keep a close eye on budgets and expenses related to building maintenance and operations.

Your Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple sites and tasks.
  • Confident in managing contractors and external vendors.
  • Comfortable using CAFM or similar facilities management software for compliance tracking and reporting.
  • A proactive, people-first mindset with excellent communication skills.
