Investment Bank - Project Manager - FX Delivery

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a leading global investment bank in London within its high-performing Front Office Technology function, supporting the FX trading business. You’ll play a key role in delivering cutting-edge pricing, market making, and eTrading solutions across FX platforms - leading integration projects, managing regulatory programmes, and driving collaboration across trading, technology, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of front-office FX technology projects, including pricing systems, eTrading platforms, and trade booking solutions.
• Work with external brokers and clients to expand electronic FX capabilities.
• Lead system integration projects and enhancements driven by regulatory change (e.g. MiFID II, UMR).
• Collaborate with trading, sales, risk, operations, and technology teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Manage timelines, risks, and communications across multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the ongoing modernisation of legacy platforms and infrastructure.
• Own project documentation, reporting, and governance processes.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in project management within financial services, ideally in trading or capital markets.
• Solid understanding of the FX trade lifecycle and front-office environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex integration and regulatory change projects.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects in Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Proficient with project tracking and reporting tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP).
• Experience working with globally distributed teams is a plus.
