Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead a major platform transformation initiative. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive critical platform enhancements, modernise technology infrastructure, and improve scalability and efficiency across key business areas.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a strategic platform transformation, ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder alignment, and successful implementation of next-generation technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of a major platform transformation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with Technology Delivery teams to drive platform upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts.
• Engage with Business stakeholders to ensure transformation initiatives support organisational goals.
• Collaborate with Testing teams to support quality assurance, release readiness, and platform stability.
• Manage third-party platform providers to ensure smooth integration and deployment of new capabilities.
• Utilise agile project management methodologies and tools to track, manage, and deliver key milestones.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience leading platform transformation projects within financial services.
• Background in investment platforms, wealth management, or advised banking.
• Strong technical understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
• Proficiency in project management frameworks (MSP, Agile, SDLC, etc.).
• Experience working with third-party platform providers and managing complex integrations.
