V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their award-winning property development team to deliver high quality, bespoke housing projects, in and around the North West!

• Main contractor background
• Experience on Bespoke Housing projects is necessary

Duties:

• Reporting to a Contract Manager.
• Managing a project through to delivery.
• Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.
• Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.
• Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
• Chairing progress meetings with the client and subcontractors.
• Quality control.
• Direct line management for Site/ Package Managers.
