Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager located in Warrington. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing site staff, ensuring safety and compliance, coordinating with contractors, and liaising with project stakeholders.

• Health and Safety regulations and Compliance knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry
• Must have structural steel experience
• Experience in crane plans
• NVQ Level 4/5/6, BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
• Black CSCS Card
• Valid SMSTS certificate
• Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation
• Thorough, with strong attention to detail
• Appointed person
• Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
