Based near Ipswich with flexible hybrid working, this role puts you at the centre of a nationally significant programme - where every milestone matters.

Roles We’re Hiring For

• Planning Engineers – Create and manage project schedules across work packages
• Senior Planners – Lead schedule strategy, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Planning Managers – Own planning functions across full project or programme lifecycles

️ What You’ll Be Doing (Depending on Level)

• Build and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
• Structure plans using best-in-class WBS, planning logic, and earned value controls
• Align delivery across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and provide strategic schedule mitigation
• Drive planning governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Facilitate planning reviews, workshops, and high-level performance insights

What You Bring

✅ Experience in project planning on infrastructure, energy, or regulated projects (nuclear ideal)

✅ Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and planning frameworks

✅ Familiarity with NEC contracts, earned value, and gated delivery processes

✅ Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset

✅ Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

✅ UK national with active security clearance or the ability to obtain it
