There are multiple opportunities available for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across a range of programmes. These roles involve defining, planning, and delivering medium to large-scale contracts at various levels of responsibility.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in project or programme management, ideally within a matrix organisation

• Strong skills in risk management and problem-solving

• Good business judgement and the ability to navigate complex issues

• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to motivate others

• Comfortable taking on new challenges and working in uncertain or changing situations

• Experience leading projects, including cost, schedule management / Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk assessments

• Background in bidding and estimating

• Skilled in negotiation and collaboration across all levels, both internally and externally

• Motivated leader who inspires teams to deliver high performance under pressure

• Willingness to share best practices and drive innovation across projects
