IT Project Manager – Multi-Site Retail – Up to £70,000 – Shepherd's Bush (4 days on-site)

An established international retail brand is hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver business-critical, cross-functional technology projects.

This is a hands-on delivery role with a focus on customer-facing and internal system implementations across a multi-site, multi-country retail environment.

You’ll be working closely with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to manage timelines, risks, budgets and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of business transformation and IT projects
• Drive delivery across both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Oversee stakeholder alignment across multiple departments and regions
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and budget controls
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams and external vendors to ensure project success
• Report into the Head of IT Delivery and provide regular updates on status and governance
• Support the wider team with delivery frameworks and business analysis improvements

Required Experience:

• Strong track record of managing technology projects in multi-site retail or hospitality environments
• Experience delivering customer-facing systems (e.g., POS, kiosks) and internal platforms (e.g., ERP)
• Effective at managing cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches
• Strong financial acumen – experience managing project budgets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or Agile desirable

Salary: Up to £70,000, depending on experience

Location: Shepherd’s Bush, London (4 days per week on-site)
